Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — R80
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — R150
- Free standard shipping on orders over R500
Delivery Areas We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier's website.
International Shipping We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!
